I was on vacation in Hawaii staying at the Hilton Hawaiian village when I broke my ankle on the beach. After a trip to Straub ER I needed to find a pharmacy close by to fill my prescription for pain medication. I called them and explained my situation and that I wasn’t particularly mobile. I was able to send my 16 year old daughter over with the prescription to be filled without any issues. My daughter reported that they were very kind and friendly. Bonus that they also sold cast covers so that I could have a shower! I can’t thank them enough and I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting to use their services! However especially to Canadians traveling that need assistance with medications!

The staff is so friendly and very willing to help you even when insurance companies are giving you the run around. A much more pleasant experience than other pharmacies!

Excellent and very knowledgeable pharmacist My infant son needed some Benadryl due to some allergies, and she was very helpful in dosing the proper amount according to height and weight. When I’m back in Oahu, I will head there again if needed. Would highly recommend

Excellent service. Soon as my Dr called my prescriptions in they had them ready for me once I got there. No issues at all, in and out without any hassle whatsoever. Highly recommend to anyone local or just here for business or vacation! My pharmacy for life

Discovery Bay pharmacy is the savior of my family. In particular, the Korean female pharmacist was very kind and grateful. If we had not met this pharmacist, we would have left Hawaii. I bothered pharmacist, for three days, but she was always kind. She is a grateful person for calling various insurance companies for my son and finding out and resolving them. Thank you very much indeed. Thanks to you, my son is improving now. Thank you very much again...

I had to get a refill on a compounded medicine while on vacation in Honolulu and stumbled across Discovery Bay Pharmacy because it was nearest to where I was staying. I called ahead and the pharmacist was very patient in answering all of my questions and went far out of her way to ensure I had a great experience with them, including arriving before opening time so I could pick up my prescription before a flight. I highly recommend!

I needed to find a J&J vaccine in Honolulu (not easy to do) and I was lucky that the nearest pharmacy that carried it was at Discovery Bay a block away. I called ahead and Calvin, the on-duty pharmacist, gave me the best time to come in and told me what to bring. Although Calvin was still the only one on duty when I arrived as another employee called in sick, he was fast, polite, extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and yet he patiently attended to my needs. He has an excellent manner judging by the way he managed phone calls and customers by himself, and I will be glad to return. Highly recommended!

Wonderfully professional and helpful staff / pharmacists. I went in and asked for assistance with a cough and they gave me their own label Cough Suppressant DM. It is the best cough syrup I have ever used. Truly helpful and relieved all symptoms for 12 hours! Not even kidding. I went back and got another box to just have "on hand" for the next round. (You can't get it anywhere else!) So grateful for this little gem of a pharmacy and I highly recommend them!

Quick service. We were on vacation and our daughter ended up getting an ear infection / rupturing her TM. Our doctor phoned in some ear drops which they had ready to go when we arrived. Appreciate the quick service and being located close to the hotels.

Had a great experience! While vacationing in Honolulu, we needed to transfer a prescription from Texas for our daughter, and the pharmacist was so helpful handling all the logistics! Thank you for taking such great care of us!
